The rules of the service
Terms of service
These terms set out what Send Paysafecard does, what it does not do, and what is expected from you when you open an account and send money. Last updated: 31 October 2026.
1. What this service is
Send Paysafecard is a transfer service between users. You deposit tickets, your balance is topped up once a deposit has been checked, and you send that balance to a card or by QR code.
The service is not a bank, does not open accounts with a bank, does not lend money and does not pay interest. A balance is only a record of money you deposited through tickets.
2. Publisher
The service is published under the name Send Paysafecard. For any question, request or claim, use the contact form: it is the only official channel, and every message is logged.
Full legal identification — registered name, registration number and registered office — will be added here before the service opens to the public.
3. Opening an account
- You must provide a name, a valid e-mail address and a password of at least 8 characters.
- Your e-mail address is verified with a 6-digit code before the account is reviewed.
- You must be the only person using your account, and keep your password secret.
- Information you give must be accurate: a deposit cannot be credited to someone else.
4. Deposits
- You may deposit from 1 to 25 tickets at a time, each with its 16-digit code.
- The photo of a ticket is optional; when you add one, only PNG, JPEG and PDF files are accepted.
- Every deposit is checked before it is credited. A deposit that does not pass the check is refused and never tops up your balance.
- Tickets you do not own, already used, or obtained by fraud will be refused and may lead to the suspension of the account.
5. Transfers
- To send to a card, you give the card number, its expiry date and its 3-digit code.
- To send by QR code, the recipient shows their personal code and the transfer is attached to them.
- Every transfer is tracked in three steps. Each step is written for that transfer and appears in your history.
6. When the money leaves your balance
Nothing is debited until the transfer reaches its final step (100 %). A transfer that is refused costs you nothing: no amount is taken and no refund is needed.
One transfer is debited once only. The amount never reaches the recipient's balance: it is released to the card or to the person who presented the QR code. The service does not credit a recipient's account.
If your balance is not enough to cover the amount, the transfer is not published.
7. What you must not do
- Deposit a ticket that is not yours, or a code you did not receive.
- Use the service for fraud, money laundering or to move money from a criminal source.
- Share your account, your password or your card codes with a third party.
- Try to bypass the checks, automate deposits or overload the service.
8. Suspension and closure
An account may be suspended when these terms are broken, when a deposit or a transfer looks fraudulent, or when the law requires it. You may ask to close your account at any time from the contact page; the balance is then handled according to the checks in progress.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is. It may be interrupted for maintenance, for a technical incident or because of the hosting provider. The service answers for what it controls: the handling of your deposits, the tracking of your transfers and the protection of your data.
It does not answer for a mistake made when a card number is typed, for a card that does not accept the transfer, or for a delay caused by a third party.
10. Your data
Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice. In short: what is needed to run the service, nothing more, and never sold.
11. Claims and applicable law
Any claim goes through the contact page, with the transfer reference when there is one. We answer by e-mail.
The applicable law and the competent courts are those of the publisher's registered office; this information will be completed at the same time as the legal identification above.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may change when the service changes. The date at the top of the page is updated each time, and a substantial change is announced on the site before it applies.
